Well, actually...I think mine was $100 us Dollars...But it's a couple years old now, so it might be cheaper (I have paintshop pro X)

Also, if you're a student of some kind, you can usually get a discount on software!

I didn't even have the guts to attempt digital art until I had paintshop.....I'm not patient enough to work without the 'special effects' lol

I have Photoshop Elements 3, which is a cheap version of the regular photoshop stuff, and it came with with the wacom tablet I got about two years ago. You can probably find photoshop in places with other computer programs most likely though.

Everything looks like me except for the tattoo which is actually on the back of my left shoulder, but I still wanted it in the picture so I put it on the left forearm. LOL!!! I've been pretty busy with art college so I haven't been able to work on anything but I'll post more soon I promise!
