I have officially arrived back at my college and settled down into my new dorm. Tomorrow starts my first class "Studio Drawing: Portrait". I remember picking it after so many teachers told me that my drawings get too tight too fast when I'm drawing faces, and I remember my painting teacher becoming baffled at the difference of how I treat faces compared to bodies when painting.
So hopefully that will help me with it.
In the mean time, I'm doodling, washing dishes, and rotting my brain on the PS3. I wish that the local school store would open so that I can get a new watercolor wash brush. I misplaced mine on the road trip from Texas to Maryland *sniffles*. |
