One time I acidentally tried to upload my pic to the thumbnail one and my thumbnail in the spot my pic was supposed to go, it said that my pic was too small and my thumbnail was to big. So my suggestion is double check and make sure that your picture is about 800 pixels in either width or height first then make sure you upload them in the right spots, make sure they are jpeg too, and if that doesn't work, try commenting in the questions forum where someone else is bound to know what is wrong.
